Job Function: The function of this job is to assist the Branch Managers at all branches in various operational responsibilities in the bank-- personal banker, customer service representative, teller, and new accounts.

- All teller duties, including processing transactions for savings, checking, CD and loan accounts
- Presenting new and existing customers to Lakeside Bank products and account services and opening their accounts
- Order checks/debit cards/credit cards for new and existing customers
- Resolve CIP exceptions for new accounts
- Perform maintenance of all account types
- Handle incoming and outgoing wires for customers
- Primary contact for answering Bank telephones
- Creating and maintaining customer relationships and products within the core bank system and other programs.
Minimum qualifications:
High School diploma minimum. Previous banking experience, strong PC skills including Excel and Microsoft word. Problem solver, adapt to change and respond positively to new ideas, conditions and branch requirements. Willing to learn new skills within time frames. Respond quickly when a customer service is needed. Experienced in handling multiple tasks and difficult issues. Knowledge of bank products and systems a must.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
